Our Founding Team

Frank Williams

Co-Founder, CEO

Before TopSet, Frank spent the last decade helping Africa’s most innovative founders to scale as a growth investor. Driven by his passion for helping young people to fulfil their potential, he has established several training programs and mentorship schemes in London and Lagos. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSc degrees in Economics & Finance and Medical Studies. He loves Arsenal, family beach days and lives with his wife and kids in Lagos, Nigeria.

Yvonne Williams

Co-Founder, COO

Alongside tech consulting and working at a European Edtech company, Yvonne has taught hundreds of maths lessons to Nigerian, Ghanaian and British school students. She launched TopSet having seen the impact that technology and personalised learning can have on totally changing a student’s engagement, performance and ultimately their destinies. Yvonne is a self-professed pedagogy nerd and is reading for an MSc in Teacher Education at the University of Oxford.

Uche Azinge

Co-Founder, CTO

Uche is a second-time founder and rockstar software engineer, passionate about building scalable and highly available AI applications. He previously worked for San Francisco-based tech firm, Symphony where he helped the firm establish an African presence while serving the world’s largest companies. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the fields of computer science, mobile communications and internet technology from the Universities of Cardiff and Swansea. He is a long-suffering Man Utd fan, loves playing with his four dogs and lives in Lagos
